Prior To Appointment

We strive to keep an odor neutral atmosphere and we request that perfumes, colognes, etc. be kept to a minimum. Often times clients find that a hot shower prior to their appointment further deepens their relaxation state.

What to Wear

Wear what makes you comfortable to your session! Sweats, shorts, dress...    During your massage, we ask that you undress to your comfort level, many people leave their undergarments on for their sessions. I want all of our clients to know that they will be draped appropriately for the work required. All clients are professionally and modestly draped at all times and only the area that is requiring work will be undraped (IE: back, leg, arm, etc).


We are a smoke-free environment.

Checking In

For your first appointment with BBTM, please be sure to have completed your digital intake form prior to your session. We strive to keep appointments on schedule so if you arrive late, your appointment may still end at it's scheduled time or rescheduled for a later date.



If you need to cancel your appointment please be considerate to our staff. We require at least 48 hour notice when canceling any service.  The financial well-being of our staff depends on available appointments being reserved. When appointments are not cancelled in a timely manner other guests may not be able to take advantage of our services. We appreciate your thoughtfulness and cooperation.

BBTM has a cancellation policy of 48 hours notice, unless special circumstances arise. (and sometimes they do)


-Less than 24 hours notice, may be charged 1/2 rate of session

-No shows may be charged full session rate, as this is lost revenue otherwise.

Appointment Reminders


-For established clients, an email and text will be sent 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you find a conflict in your schedule, please notify BBTM ASAP.


-For new clients, you will also receive an email and text reminder if your appointment was booked 2 days prior to the time of your appointment. For clients that are booked within the 48 hr window, an email will be sent. *Please also be prepared to provide a booking deposit to be applied to your session.*


We know our community is awesome and that you all will be very courteous of our policy so that we may serve our community to our fullest. Our therapist book their calendars and depend on this income to support their families.




Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show". Our system keeps track of no shows.

Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, Check, FSA, HSA are accepted. 


Cell Phones

Please turn off or silence all cell phones when entering. We want to maintain a relaxing and rejuvenating environment. 

Health Conditions

Please advise us of any special health conditions on scheduling your appointment as this may effect your selected treatment(s). Should you experience high/low blood pressure, heart conditions, cancer, allergies, skin rash, or any health conditions, we advise you to consult your doctor before your treatment and present us with a doctor’s note of approval. We have the right to refuse service due to contraindicated health conditions.
