Low Back and Glute Stretches - Meant to help those who are suffering from low back pain, groin, Fascia Tensor Latte, sciatica pain and upper leg pain located in the hamstrings. 

Shoulder, Trap, Neck Stretches- Meant for those who are having pain and discomfort in their neck and shoulders and even between the shoulder blades.

Hamstrings and Quad Stretches- Meant for those who are having pain and discomfort in their low back, front of legs, back of legs.
